Finding Cold Relaxation With Old World Gourmet

It is has gone from nice to miserable so quickly here in West Texas. With summer comes a way to not only cool down but enjoy the summer nights. Now I will admit I am not really a wine kind of girl but when a chance to review an adult Frozen Wine mixer came about I thought maybe it would bring a fun way to enjoy wine to my life. Old World Gourmet offers a wide variety of not only wine mixers but cocktail mixers and gourmet snack as well. I had such a hard time selecting which one to try first but finally I settled on the Blueberry Pomegranate Wine Mixer.

 

Simply Saturday and Life Rolls On

Some days I am not sure if Saturday is my favorite day or the one I dread. I love that my husband is home, although I wish he was here every day :) but I also hate that it is go go go all day long because we get so little time together these days. It was so nice to have a little help in the garden this morning. We talked a lot about the future and our plans seems to spin in circles in our heads. All I know for now is that whens summer vacation arrives I will be on the downsizing train! A massive yard sale will occur some time in the late part of June and again in late August before I return to work. I wish the world did not revolve around money but it does booooo!!! So we have 10 powerball tickets :0) yep that is today's plan I'll go back to the old one in the morning, but as my dad would say. You can't win if you don't play! On a side note if any of my readers win don't forget to share hehehe. Well before I continue to ramble it is time to catch up for the crazy nonsense that was the week! While watching surviving the zombie apocalypse of course.

FedEx Delivery Manager One More Way to Keep My Sanity

 

This week was a rough week for a blogger. I waited and waited on a package all to have it say it was delivered......wait wait! Ummmmm......no it wasn't it isn't here. That is when I learned about FedEx Delivery Manager! It is much like the program UPS has. You can received notifications, change your delivery time and check on your packages more readily. While we think after 5 days my package may have been located it is still not in my hands and likely it will not be until at least Tuesday! From now on I will be using this tool!
