Get Up, Get out, #Gosportit........comfortable yoga leggings for your #yogafix

     I have to say finding the perfect workout clothing for me seems to be a task more then a pleasure. Certainly it is not because I just don't enjoy shopping THAT much. lol Well obviously losing 10 pounds and a size means it is time to get a new set of workout clothing! Recently I was given a chance to review a pair of Yoga leggings from a company called Go Sport It. First I was very excited because as a woman who is a size 2 and 5'7, it is not really easy to find a good fitting pant. Go Sport It had not only a wide range of sizes, but I also got to select a length!

   When they got here I was really excited to try them on :) it was the day before my birthday so of course it felt like another fun gift haha. My first impression was how soft they were. The material is a thick, high quality material with a bunch of give(no worries I didn't use all that give). Only thing I wish I had done differently is warmed them up a bit! I guess the had been outside in the mail box a while waiting.
   When I got them on I was even more impressed, while the waist was a little higher then I am use to they felt so silky soft, that it was almost like not wearing workout clothing at all! But without the awkward stares at the gym ;) . Now I decided to try out the nifty little pocket built in the front, it is designed to hold anything from your iPod, to your id or money. When I put my iPod inside it did make sense why the waist was a bit higher.

   I can see these being the perfect addition to anyone's workout apparel. I think not only people who enjoy yoga, but runners would really enjoy these. The pocket held my iPod tight and allowed me to continue my activity without the fear of it falling out. I haven't washed them yet, but the stitching seems very secure. I can't wait to get a couple more pairs of these leggings!

Day 1 of 365.....you have to start somewhere.

At this point you have probably set your goals and decided what you want your 2016 to be! Well I have mentioned I am going to do 365 days of Beachbody! It all starts with day 1and while eating wasn't perfect today, it is better then it was yesterday :) I started my day with my Shakeology! I love the way it makes me feel, gives me energy, and keeps me going. I was a HUGE skeptic because of the price. I mean how much different could it be then my usual shake I got from the local pharmacy? I have to say there is no comparison any more. I will never give up my Shakeology :p

Now I also worked out today which I won't lie I completely dreaded till about half way in. Lol there was a big difference his time, I pushed harder then ever! Modified way less and when I was done. I didn't regret a moment :)

Stop Making New Years Resolutions

     We have all done it, and most of us likely still do. Every year on New Years Eve we sit and think of all the ways we want to change our lives. I want to get healthy. I want to save money. I want to pay off debt. This year instead of just saying what you want let's get real and actually plan for what we are going to achieve! It has been said that Failing to plan, is planning to fail. It the last 3 months I have found that as true as ever. You can say you are going to do it, but how? How are you going to get healthy? How are you going to save money? How are you going to pay off debt?

Time to make a plan!


Here are 6 steps to successful planning that will help you break in the New Year in style!

1. Start with a purpose! 
~~What is you goal this year? (these are mine feel free to make your own)
****I want to get healthy
****I want to help people achieve their health goals
****I want to save money

2. Set a time frame!
~~When you you want to achieve this goal by?
****ASAP
****All year long
****All year long

3. Find resources!
~~How are you going to achieve these goals?
~~Who will help
****Use Beachbody account
****Reach out to people that are looking for help
****Start meal planning

4. Surround yourself with like minded people!
~~Who supports your goals?
****My Beachbody friends
****Positive people
****Thrifty people

5. Plan your time spent!
~~What times will you use to achieve these goals?
****I will set aside 30 minutes a day for myself to work out
****I will set aside an hour a day to help other achieve their fitness and health goals
****I will set aside 15 minutes a day to plan out meals

6. HAVE FUN!


Now keep in mind my examples are just that, my goals for this year. I have a more indepth notebook to help me decide these goals and just how I am going to succeed. I suggest you do the same. Set aside that 30 minutes right now and look deeper into  your New Year! If you are reading this after the first don't stop, it is not to late to start now. Start any time of the year no matter day or night. If not come 2017 you'll wish you had already started!
