Stop Making New Years Resolutions

     We have all done it, and most of us likely still do. Every year on New Years Eve we sit and think of all the ways we want to change our lives. I want to get healthy. I want to save money. I want to pay off debt. This year instead of just saying what you want let's get real and actually plan for what we are going to achieve! It has been said that Failing to plan, is planning to fail. It the last 3 months I have found that as true as ever. You can say you are going to do it, but how? How are you going to get healthy? How are you going to save money? How are you going to pay off debt?

Time to make a plan!


Here are 6 steps to successful planning that will help you break in the New Year in style!

1. Start with a purpose! 
~~What is you goal this year? (these are mine feel free to make your own)
****I want to get healthy
****I want to help people achieve their health goals
****I want to save money

2. Set a time frame!
~~When you you want to achieve this goal by?
****ASAP
****All year long
****All year long

3. Find resources!
~~How are you going to achieve these goals?
~~Who will help
****Use Beachbody account
****Reach out to people that are looking for help
****Start meal planning

4. Surround yourself with like minded people!
~~Who supports your goals?
****My Beachbody friends
****Positive people
****Thrifty people

5. Plan your time spent!
~~What times will you use to achieve these goals?
****I will set aside 30 minutes a day for myself to work out
****I will set aside an hour a day to help other achieve their fitness and health goals
****I will set aside 15 minutes a day to plan out meals

6. HAVE FUN!


Now keep in mind my examples are just that, my goals for this year. I have a more indepth notebook to help me decide these goals and just how I am going to succeed. I suggest you do the same. Set aside that 30 minutes right now and look deeper into  your New Year! If you are reading this after the first don't stop, it is not to late to start now. Start any time of the year no matter day or night. If not come 2017 you'll wish you had already started!
