30 Day Beach Body Challenge- Day 22 #30dayfitness

I have to say that over the last 3 weeks Ii have learned so much about myself. First and foremost I HATE BURPEES! Secondly angry music helps me get through :) on that note today the challenge is to do 35 Burpees and 200 Standing Side Crunches.
