Woohoo! We have made it to the 3 week mark and I really feel and I am looking pretty great. Well if you count that I still feel like I can barely move.lol For today's work out I am doing 200 Bicycle Crunches and 200 Punches! Directions are under the picture good luck, I hope you are feeling great.
HOW TO DO A PUNCH!(I can never find a direction for these but I do 100 punches each side and kind of change up how I punch and just have fun)
