30 Day Beach Body Challenge- Day 20 #30dayfitness

I have to say with the pain in my muscles today I do not feel guilty about my extra goodies yesterday.lol However it is Monday and it is cold so I am not looking forward to this at all. For today's challenge though we are going to do 75 Burpees and 4-60 Second Planks, yup get ready for that I'm gonna die feeling ;) remember it is ok to break your workout up throughout the day, I will lol. Directions for these exercises are below the picture.
