Happy Super Bowl! Yes I know I have been posting recipes that may not trim your waist line ;) and the Super Bowl isn't until later tonight so no excuses lets get to this workout before we eat, then maybe we can have a bit less guilt. Today we are going to do 200 High Knees and 100 Supermans! Yup we have to earn that queso and those chicken wings.lol Directions are at the bottom so get busy!
