30 Day Beach Body Challenge- Day 18 #30dayfitness

I always have the biggest struggle working out on the weekend, I spent today selling Girl Scout cookies which personally I think is good enough.lol But I did my work out anyways :p. For today's challenge we are suppose to do 100 Tricep Dips and 50 Squat Jumps. THIS one was tough after being up on my feet all day.
