30 Day Beach Body Challenge- Day 9 #30dayfitness

Oh I am so sore I didn't even want to work out today! But I did my best and got through it eventually ;) Today's challenge is 25 Squats and 100 Skater Slides. :) Don't worry this is probably the easiest day I have had so far, although the Skater Slides were a little tricky to get the hang of.
