I have to say I am not sure if I am dying or getting in shape lol is anyone else with me?? I really feel that at this point the pain should start getting better and the exercises easier to do ;) I can't say that I am noticing much of a difference in the way I look yet but only time will tell. At the end of this I will post before and after pictures. For Today's challenge you must do 50 Donkey Kicks(about as funny as they sound) and 100 Bicycle Crunches.
