30 Day Beach Body Challenge- Day 6 #30dayfitness

Hello day 6! I haven't don my workout yet but I really wanted to start getting these workouts up earlier so that my fans are able to get their workout done before it is to late to have the urge.lol For today's mission you are to do 50 Supermans and 50 Squats, this is a perfect Monday workout to me because it really isn't that much work compared to what we have been through already lol.
