30 Day Beach Body Challenge- Day 4 #30dayfitness
Here is day 4 and I am finally starting to feel better, and even better today wasn't the worst day for exercise either :) For today's challenge you are to do 200 crunches and 100 skater slides. Now if you are like me you probably cannot do these all at once. Remember it isn't important that you do them all at one time, but that you do as many as you can, and try to finish throughout the day.
