30 Day Beach Body Challenge- Day 2 #30dayfitness

Whew day 2 has come and gone for me I'm sorry I'm posting so late tonight. Our house is sick and tired but I pulled out these exercises, because well I need my body back! Today is 100 Bicycle Crunches and 2-30 second planks. Find the directions for the exercises below if you need help :)
