30 Day Beach Body Challenge- Day 17 #30dayfitness

Oh boy my legs are always so sore after lunges! Today does not promise to make my legs feel any better! For today's challenge we are to do 35 Push Ups and 100 Mountains climbers. Never be afraid to take a rest if you cannot do them all at once the important thing is to at some point get them done :) Don't forget there is directions under the picture if you need directions.
