The pain is getting less today :) I am starting to be able to see a little bit of a difference in my sides and I hope that if you are following along you are to. Please feel free to share your results with me in the comments. For today's challenge we have to do 50 Plank Walks and 50 Lunges. Now I will admit I didn't know what a Plank Walk was so if you are unsure please scroll down.
