Can I just take a moment to say OMG MY ARMS HURT! Ok not that I have said that let's move on to today's challenge :) While my arms, already being sore, did not like this one it was not so much a difficult task. Today you are to do 200 Punches and 200 Butt Kicks! As always if you need help with these exercises just scroll down.
