30 Day Beach Body Challenge- Day 11 #30dayfitness

At this point I am unsure if I like the pain I feel in my abdominal muscles for the first time in my life, or if I want to cry because it hurts so Here I am though today ready for this challenge like it or not! Today's challenge is to do 25 Push Ups and 75 Tricep Dips. The sound of it doesn't scare me, even though I am well aware I can't do a full regular push up and will be doing these modified.
