30 Day Beach Body Challenge- Day 10 #30dayfitness
Yesterday was so nice not to feel like I was going to have to give up mid workout! However I was assured today that it would take me quite a while in order to get this workout done. No matter how sore I get it doesn't seem to matter I can't push further by any measurable amount. Today's challenge was to do 50 Squat Jumps and 200 Crunches.
