30 Day Beach Body Challenge- Day 1 #30dayfitness

Welcome to the 30 day beach body challenge, the only prize I have to offer is more strength and a better looking body but I hope you'll join us every day. Today is day 1 and as you can see from the picture above it is 50 Crunches and 2-60 second planks. Now unfortunately for me I am not feeling well today, but I made myself a promise and I am going to get through this.
