Take a Quite break Sweepstakes

Bosch home appliances, long recognized as the quietest dishwasher brand, has partnered with the Jamaica Tourist Board, Delta Vacations and the Palladium Hotels & Resorts to launch the Bosch Dishwasher Review Sweepstakes, giving one lucky winner the opportunity to leave the dishes behind and embark on a four-night  beach getaway for two at the Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

From now until January 31, 2014, Bosch dishwasher owners can enter the sweepstakes by writing an online review about their dishwasher on the Bosch home appliances U.S. website at www.bosch-home.com/us.

The sweepstakes will award one randomly selected winner with a trip for two to Jamaica’s breathtaking northern coast, including accommodations at the five-star Grand Palladium Resort, and roundtrip airfare courtesy of Delta Vacations, offering great deals on air and hotel packages to Jamaica. While in Jamaica, the pair can relax and unwind at the Zentropia Palladium Spa & Wellness, enjoy fine dining at any of the resort’s seven onsite restaurants and splash in the largest pool in Jamaica.

Named the quietest dishwasher brand in North America, Bosch dishwashers offer unprecedented convenience and flexibility in its all-new dishwasher line, available now. The new line features include four new sleek European design options, increased loading area with the introduction of a third rack on more models than ever before and an even quieter dishwasher achieving an industry best 38 dBA performance in normal operation.

“There is no better way to thank our loyal Bosch dishwasher owners than with a trip to Jamaica,” said Bosch Brand Manager Micaela Shaw. “Our customers know that Bosch dishwashers bring peace and tranquility to the kitchen, and we are excited to offer them an even more relaxing experience outside the home—an island getaway—through this sweepstakes.”

30 Day Beach Body Challenge- Day 3 #30dayfitness

Here we are at day 3, now unfortunately I am to sick to work out today but I wanted to make sure that I shared the information with you on how to do these exercises so that everyone could easily get their's done. I will catch up as I can, may even try to add extra to the days once I feel better. For today it is 50 burpees and 50 kick down crunches. If you don't know how to do these make sure to scroll down for directions! You will also see why with the flu these aren't doable.lol HOW TO DO A BURPEE!

Homemade Fly Traps

We all love summer but as the weather gets warmer the flies get worse and worse. We have a bush out front of our house that I swear just attracts every fly in town! I wanted to get rid of them but I didn't want to kill all the wonderful butterflies it also attracts. So I went about finding a new way to kill them all. I had some empty Tazo tea bottles I simply poked a pen sized whole in the top, added 1/2 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of dish soap, and 1 tablespoon of syrup. Now I do find that these work better if you place them in the sun :O) If you want to use a bigger container simply multiply the ingredients. Make sure your hole is only about the size of a pen cap! Then they can't seem to get back out.lol

Putting On Girl Scout Badges With A Flat Iron

I love helping all my little daisies earn badges, but as a mom I hate putting them on. Lol I saw an idea on Pinterest a while back to use a flat iron so I thought I'd give it a try.  It worked really well but I do have a couple suggestions. First make sure your badge  is exactly where you want them. Unlike an iron this causes the glue to melt very fast! Second count I 3-4 and it is probably done! Lastly you will likely have to apply pressure to the end pinching it tight. Overall it worked very well and I will probably keep putting badges on this way :)
