Tangy Mango Salsa
As the summer months begin I have been challenged with finding new foods that taste good and help cool off my family. While flipping through an old family cookbook a couple great new ideas came into my mind. First thing I thought I would try was this Tangy Mango Salsa.
- 1 Mango (diced)
- 1 Small Tomato (seeds removed and diced)
- 1/4 Cup Diced Red Onion
- Juice of 1/2 Lime
- 1/8 Cup Chopped Cilantro
- Mix ingredients together and let sit for 2-3 hours till flavors combine and are well chilled.
This salsa is great with any chip or as a topping to tacos, fish and more. To add a little heat add some chopped jalapenos to the mix.
