My best spring cleaning tip, is start a little early with the decluttering, and when your ready for the full on clean out, you will be a little less stressed because you already started. Kind of like giving yourself a headstart/helping hand!!

My best tip is to use crumpled newspaper to clean the windows. It's the only method I've found that truly leaves them streak free!
Vinegar and lemon juice work wonders!!

My best Spring cleaning tip....have a husband that will help :) Great cleaning products, work smarter not harder!

My tip is to clean in short bursts, doing something relaxing in between. Declutter the kitchen, have a cup of tea. Clean the counters, play a round of computer solitaire. I have to break it down or I get overwhelmed.

I try to organize one area of the house per day (or week if I am busy). I go through the closets first, then the kitchen ... Do no try to do everything at once!

My tip would be to tackle one room every few days so you don't get overwhelmed

My tip is to deep clean and de-clutter once a month that way you don't have to worry about spring cleaning.

Best tip for spring cleaning. Don't wait till spring to do it. Every Month set some bins aside somewhere you will walk by at least once daily. Take something you are not using or will not use and place it in the bin every day. By the end of the month it'll be full and empty it out. You will slowly de-clutter and keep things tidy. Have a bin set for the kids as well and have them place broken or unwanted toys in the bin at least once a week ( cause daily is too hard for kids) Their toy bins will be less over flowing :)

Turn on some music and think of it as an exercise class as you are cleaning. Put some muscle into it -- when you bend over to retrieve something -- go on and reach for your toes! Cleaning the ceiling fan -- reach for the stars! Suck your tummy in. By the time you are finished you'll have completed 2 tasks in one! A free exercise class and decluttered!

Bag up what you no longer use or need, and if it's in decent condition donate it, "one mans trash is another's treasure!" Cut down on the landfill waste and make some's life better! :)

Make a plan and don't get overwhelmed! Don't try to do it all at one time. Pace yourself!

I go through all my stuff before I clean and decide if I still love it, if not get rid o f it. Then it's one less thing to clean and my house is less cluttered in the first place.

Best tip is not to procrastinate. Just do it.

Best spring cleaning tip: Hire someone to do it for you, lol.

Do it room by room, get rid of items not needed/used, and I love to open the windows and air out the house after being closed up all winter :)

Do one thing at a time. Don't wipe yourself out so much that you don't have the strength to finish on your own time.

Jello Hard Candy

Most hard candies call for corn syrup, but since I was out and I have 3 children home I decided to experiment and make something fun! Here is what you need:
2 Cups of Sugar
2 Cups of Water
1 Package Sugar Free Jello
A candy Thermometer

Making candy is a pretty tricky process and trust me I messed up a batch or two getting this to work right.lol Put the sugar and water into the pot and turn on medium whisking well till the sugar is dissolved. Stirring pretty regularly to help the sugar from burning. As the sugar begin to boil turn the heat up to high. Watch your thermometer when the candy reaches 230 pour in the jello continuing to mix. Pour this mixture immediately into a cake pan that is lined with parchment paper of you can rub a little veggie oil in it. The candy will continue to cook as it melts anything over 230 you will be left with a burnt candy that tastes like licorice.lol After you candy is cooled completely turn it out onto a cookie sheet and break apart :O) I like to dust mine …

The Children's Place Review and Giveaway

Recently I was lucky enough to be given a chance to review The Children's Place. With summer time in full force here in West Texas getting some new summer time clothing was not only a needed thing but a fun thing to do. We decided to try out The Children's Place online ordering. I had never done this before and with a packed schedule it was very handy! My daughter loved sitting don and being able to pick out an entire outfit for under $25. In fact she was not only able to get an out fit but to additional pairs of shorts! Not only was ordering fast and easy but we received our clothing in 2 days. Considering we hit a record high 103 degrees yesterday it came none to soon! Here is the adorable outfit that she picked out :O) she had to model it of course! Butterfly Shirt $6; Matching Shorts $6;Flip Flops to go with her out fit $3.50. The excitement of picking her outfit herself Priceless.
She really had so much fun with this and she loves her new flips flops(because the 5 pairs she…

Rubbermaid Hidden Recycler Review and Giveaway

Recently I was given an amazing opportunity to review a new product by Rubbermaid called the Hidden Recycler. As a family who does a lot to help our planet in many ways this was an exciting opportunity. I loved the fact the Rubbermaid not only made a product that would help my family continue their recycling more easily but they reduced packaging to merely a cardboard sleeve that I could in turn recycle. I quickly opened the package like a kid at Christmas and discovered it would not fit my kitchen cabinets :O( we are in the middle of a kitchen remodel and the layout of my old cabinets would not hold the brackets.  So as I sat down to gloat about not being able to use this amazing product, and I notice two holes on the lid and made a massive dash for the directions. Sure enough I can attach it with screws! (Which ironically took me forever to find in our construction materials) I found the perfect place for it in my laundry room and began putting all of Rubbermaid's claims to the …
