FouFou Dog-Love Your Breed Review and Giveaway

I've been talking a lot about my 4 legged babies lately and how much I love them, and it is no lie they are very much a part of our lives. Recently I found out about a way to show my love for my pets in another way! FouFou Dog has recently launched a great new line called Love Your Breed. This new line has everything from luggage tags and key chains, to plush toys and pens. While not all breeds are currently available they are adding as they can. To view their fall/winter 2012 catalog you can go HERE. I was so glad to be able to review some of their products in a variety of breeds!
All the great products I received
Now I received these products several weeks ago and when I first got them I looked at the luggage tag(brown puppy in the middle) and was like well poo it doesn't look like any of my puppies. I guess the hands of fate knew something I didn't. He looks JUST like our new puppy that found us! You remember sparky right??
He doesn't sit still long but I'm sure you can see the resemblance
Anyways back to the product.lol They are really great quality I am not the most graceful lady like person on earth haha that is no secret! Even through all my use and abuse they show no signs of wear after 30 days :O) My daughter is LOVING the Pug pen, of course at 4 it is "SO CUTE!" well ok even at 29 it is hehe. I have added the poodle sticker to the back of my new phone case. It has helped me keep grip on my phone(I'm an epic phone thrower).
The key chain by far has been my favorite
Do you love your breed?? Would you like to show your love?? Well head over to http://www.foufoudog.com/ and your 4 legged friend some love. Also make sure you enter our giveaway below! One winner will receive 3 products from our sponsor. There is also a great offer for my fans! 15% off your order.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

Putting On Girl Scout Badges With A Flat Iron

I love helping all my little daisies earn badges, but as a mom I hate putting them on. Lol I saw an idea on Pinterest a while back to use a flat iron so I thought I'd give it a try.  It worked really well but I do have a couple suggestions. First make sure your badge  is exactly where you want them. Unlike an iron this causes the glue to melt very fast! Second count I 3-4 and it is probably done! Lastly you will likely have to apply pressure to the end pinching it tight. Overall it worked very well and I will probably keep putting badges on this way :)

Homemade Fly Traps

We all love summer but as the weather gets warmer the flies get worse and worse. We have a bush out front of our house that I swear just attracts every fly in town! I wanted to get rid of them but I didn't want to kill all the wonderful butterflies it also attracts. So I went about finding a new way to kill them all. I had some empty Tazo tea bottles I simply poked a pen sized whole in the top, added 1/2 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of dish soap, and 1 tablespoon of syrup. Now I do find that these work better if you place them in the sun :O) If you want to use a bigger container simply multiply the ingredients. Make sure your hole is only about the size of a pen cap! Then they can't seem to get back out.lol
