Weightloss Challenge DAY 3!
Over the last 2 days I have learned so much through this program. A) I am WEAK and I really mean that.lol The lady on the video has only been doing it a while now but where she is using 30 pounds I am lucky to use 7! I always thought of myself as a fairly physical person but sadly it seems that I have not been using my muscles enough. B)Being hypoglycemic on this diet means that I cannot use the low carb option, it just won't be an option for me. The massive headache I had the last 2 days has proved that. C) Eating enough GOOD food is actually HARD whereas most days before this diet I have gone to bed feeling like I am starving. I am really sore after yesterdays workout but look forward to trying to push through it today. I hope today to make it through the cardio program as well :O) it is all about the baby steps in life right?? I have done really good in drinking only water and a bit of milk. I feel like I am already seeing a difference in my waistline.
