Here I am at day two :O) as you can tell I survived. I survived many firsts yesterday, my first bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes. I had an amazing day though but failed right before bed and had an ice cream sandwich*sigh* today will be a better, stronger day though. The food in this program has really been doable and today I am starting the strength training workouts as well as the cardio. So far I am really liking this program though I can actually do it!
