Wow I can't believe that I am almost halfway through this challenge. While I am not sure how much it is doing for my weight and strength I am really enjoying it. I vowed that I wouldn't weigh or measure till the end of this journey so all I have to judge my progress is the way I feel when I look in the mirror. If you have ever struggled with the way you look you know how hard it is to see yourself the same way every day. As a hypoglycemic I have had some issues with the diet but posted to Dustin Mahar and he responded quickly. Which is good because obviously with my health on the line I can't do everything 1100% the way I would like. He is going to look at what i have been eating and see what he can do to help :O) If you are interested in finding out more about this challenge or any other programs check out http://www.dustinmaherfitness.com/
