Most of us have done it, snuck a lick of the cake batter bowl, a spoon of cookie dough, You know what I am talking about. Even some fitness experts swear that eating raw eggs will make you that much stronger. Well here are some really good reasons to not lick that bowl. 1.E coli! Nope it isn't just a myth. Let's face it no egg can ever be 100% kept at just the right temperature. Cooking an egg is the only way to make sure you kill the bacteria. And well..no one really enjoys vomiting, diarrhea or death do they :OP 2.Biotin Deficiency! Raw eggs have a protein that binds to Biotin and doesn't allow the body to absorb it. You may think...sooooo...well this can cause depression, stomach pains, and ugly hair and nails! Honestly growing up I did this every time. Even till recently I did, but then it began to make sense. My hair, nails, emotions have all gotten better since I have given up these habits :O) was it easy?? NO NO NO! But it is worth it!
