I'm really enjoying making new recipes using these Frenchs mustard varieties. Today I am using Frenchs Dijon Mustard with Chardonnay Wine. When I first looked at this one I knew instantly that it would go so good with fish. I used halibut because that is what I had but really you can use any white fish.
4 Tablespoons Frenchs Dijon Mustard With Chardonnay Wine
2 Halibut Fillets
1/2 Cup of Walnuts
1/2 Cup Breads Crumbs with Italian Seasoning
Really it is quite easy :O) I spread the mustard over both sides of the fish then set it in the fridge. Take the walnuts and crush them in your blender to make them fine like the bread crumbs. Next mix them together with the bread crumbs. Press the bread crumbs onto both sides of the fish. Now I do not like to fry things but you could here if you would like. If not place on a cookie in a 350 degree oven till flaky.
