Wow I can't believe it has been a month already. I will admit it has been hard to break the habit of making the same things day in and day out. This is one of my favorite bad for you dishes that I just can't seem to stop eating.lol I usually make it in smaller batches but this is the serving if you want to make up a big batch.
1 Pound of Ground Beef(cooked and drained)
1 Can of Re-fried Beans
1 Large Package of Velveeta Cheese
1 Package of Taco Seasoning
1 Small Onion(grated)
1/2 Cup Milk
Now it is really easy you just throw it all in. However I do not recommend leaving this one completely unattended for a long time. For whatever reason sometimes I do have to add more milk as it cooks down. Once it is completely melted and blended you can leave it on warm and it will be just fine :O)

the net the easiest factor to remember of. I say to you,
I definitely get annoyed at the same time as folks consider issues that
