Thirsty Thursday.........Time to Think Twice
So as I travel down my road to health and fitness I still horribly crave some things in life. Sugar is a big one of those things.in fact it consumes most of that space. I have wanted a soda so bad the last couple of days and keep struggling with it. So today I Googled reasons to not drink soda to try to talk myself off the cliff of diet ruin!Here is what I found and I tell you I don't think I will EVER put another soda to my lips again! From bone loss to obesity this poster is very convincing. So filling up my water bottle and filling up on what mother nature made me instead.
