Breakfast......Just Do It............Right That Is ;o)

I won't lie today has been very unproductive for me as a whole. I really have done nothing but Pinterest and Facebook all day long. I sat here thinking about it........WHY?!? Since I have started my path to a healthy lifestyle I have been feeling GREAT! So then why today am I feeling so down.......I got to thinking though and it was MY BREAKFAST! Since starting to see my trainer and starting his diet I had felt great. Well this morning I did something I should have known better then to do.......I ate doughnuts. We aren't talking Krispy Kreme, or Dunkin Doughnuts...I had some good old Hostess Chocolate Donettes. I really need to start pre-planning and portioning out food to make me less likely to grab something bad! Who is with me :O) I am thinking of doing something like this:
Beside making food fast and easy it will make my fridge look great :OP

Homemade Fly Traps

We all love summer but as the weather gets warmer the flies get worse and worse. We have a bush out front of our house that I swear just attracts every fly in town! I wanted to get rid of them but I didn't want to kill all the wonderful butterflies it also attracts. So I went about finding a new way to kill them all. I had some empty Tazo tea bottles I simply poked a pen sized whole in the top, added 1/2 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of dish soap, and 1 tablespoon of syrup.Now I do find that these work better if you place them in the sun :O) If you want to use a bigger container simply multiply the ingredients. Make sure your hole is only about the size of a pen cap! Then they can't seem to get back out.lol

Putting On Girl Scout Badges With A Flat Iron

I love helping all my little daisies earn badges, but as a mom I hate putting them on. Lol I saw an idea on Pinterest a while back to use a flat iron so I thought I'd give it a try.  It worked really well but I do have a couple suggestions. First make sure your badge  is exactly where you want them. Unlike an iron this causes the glue to melt very fast! Second count I 3-4 and it is probably done! Lastly you will likely have to apply pressure to the end pinching it tight. Overall it worked very well and I will probably keep putting badges on this way :)

So I saw this on Pinterest and I thought it would be a great thing to add :) Starting tomorrow I will feature each day and workout, including directions for each exercise and how I did! I hope you will join me, no one likes to do planks alone.lol
