FINALLY using the last of my leftovers from Christmas. I certainly love holidays that isn't even to question but I get really tired of eating ham for over a week straight. Which may be why I only make a ham once a year, kind of like turkey at Thanksgiving time I suppose. Tonight I was looking for something fast and easy that would fill up my family :O) Here is what you neeed! -4 Cups of mixed frozen veggies -1 Can chicken stock(I use reduced sodium) -1 Can of water(I use the stock can) -2 Cups of Chopped Ham -1 Package Biscuits -Pepper -Onion Powder -4 Heaping Teaspoons of Cornstarch Mix Cornstarch with 1/4 cup of water, make sure it is mixed well so you don't have lumpy gravy. Put 1 can of water in with 1 can of stock and bring to a boil. Then slowly mix in your cornstarch mixture. After is is mixed well mix in your veggies, ham and seasoning. After everything is mixed well pour into a 13 X 9 baking dish. After you have it in the dish take your biscui
